Custom Features:

• Victory Point System:

  Each region contains 1–3 coins in its region box, representing Victory Points.
  Players must capture and hold 10 Victory Points for a full turn to win the game.

• Barracks System:

  Regions also include 1–2 human icons, representing barracks.
  Control the entire region to place up to 2 barracks per turn.
  Each barracks grants +1 troop during the draft phase—a powerful advantage that builds quickly over time.

• City Territories:

  Territories marked with a city icon generate Action & Event Cards when captured.
  Gain 1 card at the end of your turn per city captured, up to 3 per turn, adding tactical options throughout the game.

• Desolate Territories:

  Marked by a skull icon, these regions are difficult to hold.
  They can be defended by no more than 3 troops, but any number of soldiers may pass through.

• Defensive Borders:

  Territories separated by dashed circle lines represent fortified borders.
  Defenders who are attacked across these borders receive +1 to their defensive dice rolls.

• Thematic Details:

  Region bonus values are displayed in Roman numerals, and much of the geography features the names the Romans would have used, enhancing the immersive feel.
  The eight regional groupings include: Gaul, Barbaricum, Hispania, Africa, Aegyptus, Italia, Graecia, and Oriens.
